Joneve Murphy is being watched. A man dressed in a jacket and tie and a woman in a little black dress have a bead on her, from their banquette perch with jewel-toned, overstuffed pillows just inside the Inn at Little Washington?s front door. Murphy stands on an ornate, Persian-style rug in dusty sneakers, a faded baseball cap and a sleeveless shirt that does little to hide the tattoo on her left arm.
