Britain?s Nigel Sheinwald ended his four-year run in Washington Friday ? and his 35-year diplomatic career. Sheinwald will be replaced by Sir Peter Westmacott, who returns to D.C. next week in the top job; he was a political counselor at the embassy 19 years ago.
