Hit-Girl may soon take a bath in prom-night pig blood.
Deadline is reporting that Chloe Moretz ? the actress best known for her roles in ?Hugo? and as the aforementioned pint-sized assassin in ?Kick-Ass? ? has been offered the lead role in an upcoming remake of the 1976 shocker ?Carrie,? based on Stephen King?s novel. According to the Web site, the 15-year-old star is still in negotiations and has not formally accepted the part yet. (Update: Based on Moretz?s recent tweet ? ?Could not be happier!!!? she wrote this afternoon ? it appears she is indeed on board.)
