KABUL ? Three NATO troops were killed Wednesday when two suicide bombers targeted them as they walked to a meeting of Afghan officials in Konar province, officials said.
At least one Afghan civilian also died in the blasts, which occurred in Asadabad, the provincial capital of eastern Konar province near the border with Pakistan, foreign and Afghan officials said.
