? Married: Beltway style gurus Carl Ray and Rick Raines on Sunday. Ray is the makeup artist who has painted Michelle Obama and other VIPs; Raines oversees the coiffure of Nancy Pelosi and scores of other power-tresses as manager of the elite George Salon at the Four Seasons. The two have been together for 22 years, and though Ray has spent a dozen years working high-end weddings, their own ceremony was ?super casual,? the grooms exchanging vows in jeans, t-shirts and leather jackets at the Tidal Basin at sunset with just a witness and officiant, before dinner at Bourbon Steak.
