Ochocinco still wants to pay Foster's $20K fine

Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Mason Foster was fined $20,000 for his first-quarter hit last week on Patriots receiver Chad Ochocinco, who offered to make good on his promise to pay any fine Foster incurred.
