Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has remained largely silent since the Jan. 8 shooting near Tucson that killed six and left her gravely wounded. That will likely change in November when she releases a joint memoir with her husband, retired astronaut Mark Kelly.
Scribner said the book, due out Nov. 15, will be called ?Gabby: A Story of Courage and Hope,? and will be a ?deeply personal? account of Giffords? political career, her husband?s work as an astronaut, the couple?s courtship and life together, the shooting and Giffords? recovery.
