Without a strong ?Buy America? provision in the American Jobs Act, the temptation for businesses to use the funds to purchase goods overseas will be too strong to resist. Despite The Post?s enduring support for free trade, one should remember that unrestricted outsourcing is one reason why we are in the midst of the most serious economic crisis since the 1930s. �
