I note the death of Charles W. Colson with a jumble of memories of when our professional lives intersected.
I was United Press International?s lead reporter on Watergate, and I interviewed Mr. Colson a couple of times about his role as Richard Nixon?s special counsel and as a key figure in the Watergate scandal and cover-up.
